Dr. Hendrik Tan

Dr. Hendrik Tan obtained his first Bachelors of Science degree in Management Accounting in the Philippines. He then attended the University of California Los Angeles for his pre-medical coursework and matriculated at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences, in North Chicago. There he completed his second Bachelors degree in Biological Science, Master of Science in Health Administration, and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He then continued his foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency at Banner Health North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado, a level II trauma center. During his residency, he was trained in all facets of wound care, limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and elective reconstruction. He also had the privilege of participating in mission trips to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, where he and his team provided lower extremity surgery and medical care to the local communities. Dr. Tan is Board Qualified in foot and ankle surgery and is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Tan enjoys cross fit, hiking, running, traveling, and cooking.
